Terrible & Expensive Experience

long time didn't blog.. but decided to pen this bad experience down.. :p

finally after long consideration, DH and I decided to try to get a domestic help to assist in the household cores to cope with the coming of our 2nd miracle..

we r both nervous n excited on last Sat when we went n fetched the maid fm the agency. well, when we reached, i was searching to see where she was. when the consultant servicing us called her over, i was like, ehh.. how come looks different fm her photo. no wonder we can't identify her. while settling some documentation works, she looks ok and attitude fine.

first thing i done when reached home is give her a thorough orientation. highlights the dos and don'ts, show her ard the hse. then after she settled down with her stuff, we started to teach her to actual work. specific instructions given and guidance throughout the session. ask her if everything ok, can understand, she replied yes.

the next day, practical session on her own.. reminded her if not sure or don't know, must ask. guessed wat she done? use one cloth throughout for cleaning windows, furniture n all bedrooms. didn't bother to rinse the cloth.. use one mop one time rinse for the whole living room n kitchen. haiz.. she didn't even bother to ask.. see her clean, terribly sloppy. :( of coz, DH who is quite particular abt cleanliness was angry. Told her off n she showed him her face throughout even the day we sent her back. didn't bother to answer him n greet him at all.

told her she cannot wear too sexy clothes, no translucent clothes allowed. but she turned a deaf ear to it. purposely put on those translucent clothes which is revealing n see her bras n panties..

best part is she accidentally knocked her big toe against the wall at MIL place. told her not to aggravate the injury. initially its ok, but she keep twisting n rubbing until the toe becomes real swollen n bruised. didn't bother to tell us until DH asked her when he saw her keep rubbing the toe. in the middle of the night, knocked our room door hard n complained to us tat her toe very painful, cannot sleep. i told her can bring her to see doctor only tmrw coz now too late.

we finally decided to return her back to the agency the next day mainly due to her bad and not willing to work attitude and also 'too focus' on her sexy dressings.. before our 'agony' ended, she made us bring her to see doctor n being referred to xray on her toe. one more thing, reminded her not to talk to strangers, yet in the clinic when she saw another philippino maid, she started whispering n talk to her.. terrible, horrible & incorrigible.. tat's it and she is back to the agency. all the best to her... keeping fingers crossed tat 21 days will be over soon when she officially strip off my employment record.. today is Daddy & Mummy 3rd wedding anniversary..

Thanks God

luckily mum is ok, no fracture, no blood clots.. just some bruises on head n hips
she is still feeling painful from the fall.. hopefully she will recover fast.. she really slims down alot from her illness R.A.
too much to suffer for a 50yr old woman..

Poor Mum

my mum fell down while coming back fm market tis morning..
tis fall was quite serious as she hurt the back of her head n developed a big bump..
my sis, Irin happened to be on leave today brought her to the GP, n GP referred to A&E for more detailed checks.
She is now in SGH waiting to scan her head.. poor mum, tis is her 2nd time in hospital tis year.. she was telling me tat grandma told her recently alot of women died at the age of 50.. (she is 50 lunar age tis year).. i told her to dismiss tat as it is total rubbish..
hope she will be fine and able to discharge after her observation period is up tonite.. :(

Ashley First Trip to the ZOO

Yes, after so long, we finally took DD to the zoo.. Well, we have to admit that we are lazy parents. .haha..
She is observing everything seriously.. u can see fm the pics, DD hardly smile.. most likely, it was due to the
real hot weather tat made all of us tired and uncomfortable.. well, not so bad, we managed to stick ard in the zoo
for ~ 4 hrs.. my MIL joined us too.. i tink she is gettin old as she thought we are going to the beach, she dressed
up according to the beach outing.. haha..

FINAL Goodbye - DH Grandma

we received news fm MIL tat grandma has passed away last nite..
we are sad becoz she has left us, yet she has been relieved of the pains n sufferings.
She is a fortunate woman wif 5 generations of decendents. DH n myself will be going over to Klang tis Wed nite
for the funeral to send his grandma on her final journey. DH only managed to get 2 days off fm the army, so he will need to book in again after we returned fm Klang.

爱心 wanton noodles soup

today is Valentine Day. We spent the day at my parents place together.
My 2nd Sis n her hubby joined us too.. We ordered Pizzas for dinner but my father doesn't take/like western food at all.
In the end, my mum personally cooked him a 爱心 wanton noodles soup.. See his smile n you'll noe how he's enjoying it..
(though he said so-so taste only).. haha..

Finally some good news..

i m glad tat these few days, my mum did not complain abt her leg pains.. she is so happy tat she told me tat she is gettin better n she can actually squat down now without pain.. at least she didn't swallow those dreadful pills for nothing. i really empathize wif her when she got to take so many different types of medicines as many as 9 types excluding her diabetics medication. i realised all people ard us needs attention. She is really happy when we reminded her to take medicine on time, wat to eat n wat to avoid etc. i hope she will recover soon n be a happy grandma of Ashley..

DH got to rush back Klang again

DH received urgent call fm MIL saying tat his grandma is in critical condition n may not be able to make it..
DH got to rush to send his mum back to see his grandma. But as a responsible man, DH helped me to settle down DD n cleared the pending hsehold cores before setting off to his grandma place. Poor DH, he must be very tired as the whole journey (if fast) took at least 4hrs ride. The To-&-Fro journey sure is a toil on DH. Besides, he is enlisted for his reservist in another week's time for 2 weeks..

Aeden is in trouble again

my brother, Aeden, got into trouble again in school yday.. he was being beaten up by a so-called primary six kid who is smaller size than him.. it seemed like Aeden had made the boy angry by rebutting him by words. DH is going to find his teacher & the boy today to know more abt the issue. but luckily, A is not badly hurt... hopefully A will behave himself after tis bad incident..

today we celebrated granny 55th bday at Jalan Kayu, one of the western restaurant, Mad Jack… lots of food, rite? wow… but not for me.. heheee..
